Hardcopies of the report will be available from Yale. We will be charging $10 for copies of the report. We really don't want to be in the buisness of sending out printed reports - it would be much better if you could print your own. The printed reports will not be available until June 1. Contact Linda Joyce (joyce-linda@cs.yale.edu) to order printed reports.
The sources for the report are not yet available. However, the files in the standard Prelude can be found at ftp://haskell.cs.yale.edu/pub/haskell/report/prelude-files.tar.gz. I will soon make the the online report available but at the moment I'm still working on it.
